We are pleased to announce that Stephen Nash, MD, FACC will assume the role of Medical Director of the St. Joseph’s Health Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, an integral part of advancing our cardiovascular services.
Dr. Nash earned his medical degree at SUNY Upstate in 1985. He completed his medical residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago in 1988 and his cardiology fellowship at Mt. Zion Medical Center in San Francisco in 1990. He has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate since 1993.
In addition to several roles in industry and research, Dr. Nash has practiced clinical cardiology and lipidology since 1990. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and lipidology and serves on the editorial board for The Journal of Clinical Lipidology.
Dr. Nash will be responsible for medical directorship and oversight of cardiac rehabilitation services for St. Joseph’s Health.
